Publish the work
ENTROPIC welcomes editorial and educational coverage of its work. Subject to the clearances and restrictions supplied with each asset, ENTROPIC grants a non-exclusive permission, without an ENTROPIC licence fee, to reproduce cleared materials in print, online, newsletters and editorial social media covering ENTROPIC or the project. This includes editorial coverage in commercial publications, not advertising.

Credit the complete project team
Every publication must identify the project and ENTROPIC in a readily visible credit. Include the supplied project team and collaborators, with their stated roles, in the article or an accompanying project-credit panel. For short social posts, link directly to a full credit panel and name ENTROPIC in the post. Preserve all image-specific photographer, visualisation artist and other author credits alongside each image or in an unambiguously associated caption. A tag alone does not replace a written credit.

Respect authorship and ownership
Copyright and all other rights remain with ENTROPIC and the respective contributors or rights holders. No ownership or exclusive rights are transferred. Do not present ENTROPIC's design, images or text as your own or another practice's work; rebrand the work; remove attribution; or imply an endorsement. Credit collaborators accurately without attributing their independent work to ENTROPIC.

Keep the work accurate
Proportionate resizing and cropping for editorial layout are permitted where the asset-specific terms allow, provided they do not misrepresent the design or remove credits or watermarks. Do not materially alter the architecture, fabricate project facts or present renderings as photographs of completed buildings. Retain relevant captions, project status and any embargo.

Ask before other uses
Advertising, product promotion, merchandise, resale, stock-library distribution, sublicensing and unrelated promotional uses require prior written permission from ENTROPIC and any other relevant rights holders. These editorial permissions do not authorise construction, replication or exploitation of the design.

Check individual image rights
This policy covers only rights ENTROPIC is entitled to grant. Publication on the website, inclusion in this PDF or the presence of a credit is not evidence of third-party image clearance. Asset-specific conditions and third-party licences take precedence. Where a credit or permission is missing, request confirmation before publishing that asset. Publishers remain responsible for necessary third-party permissions and any applicable collecting-society fees. Nothing here restricts uses permitted by law.
